All Laxpockets come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please send a copy of your Receipt of Purchase and pictures of the pocket to info@laxpocket.com, so that we may review the issue. Please include color and type of the pocket as well as your shipping address.

Once we determine that the pocket is covered under warranty, you will ship the head to: Laxpocket, 6868 Dunnsville Rd. Albany, NY, 12009 at your own expense. We will repair the pocket and ship back to you at no charge.

Gait Heads and Handles have a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. Please send copy of the Receipt of Purchase, pictures of the issue and your shipping address to neil@22lax.com. You do not need to return the item to us. Once we determine that your item is covered under warranty we will just send you the replacement.
