Shipping + Returns
We are open Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm. All Orders will be processed on the next Business Day and process time can take 3 to 4 Business Days.
The Shipping Label does not come with the Order Confirmation. This will come in a second email that is generated by Customer Service during regular Business Hours.
We take returns as long as the stick has not been used in any way. Please contact Customer Service 518-948-0061. You will be issued a Return Authorization to be included with your purchase so we can identify the stick when it comes in. When the stick has been received, we will issue your refund. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back as well as the original shipping costs and the Credit Card fees from your purchase.
Though we try to string heads as soon as they arrive, please allow 2-4 business days from when we receive the head for Custom restrings. Stock heads/sticks should ship within 2-4 business days.
