Inbound shipping for restrings is done through USPS and there is no charge for this. This is ground service. If you would like quicker inbound service, you will be charged a $10 priority shipping fee. Outbound Shipping is done through Fedex and they offer 3 options for shipping:

Priority $25.00

After the order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to the FREE Shipping USPS Label. Click the link for your shipping label. Print out the shipping label. Apply this USPS label with tape to a 3" x 12" x 15" shipping box or envelope – CUT OUT YOUR POCKET, PACKAGE UP THE BOX OR ENVELOPE, APPLY THE LABEL WITH TAPE AND GIVE THE BOX TO YOUR LOCAL USPS.

We accept returns as long as the stick has not been used in any way. Please contact Customer Service at 518-608-6970. You will be issued a Return Authorization to be included with your purchase so that we can identify the stick when it comes in. When the stick has been received, we will issue the refund. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back, as well as the original shipping costs and the Credit Card fees from your purchase.

Gait Lacrosse warrants that its heads will be free of defects during normal use for a period of six months from the date of original retail purchase, provided that:

1. * The head was purchased from an authorized Gait Lacrosse dealer;
2. * The customer has proof of purchase from the original transaction (store receipt, etc.);
3. * The head has not been abused, altered (i.e., pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged; and

* Upon approval of your warranty claim, Gait will send you an unstrung head of the same model.

Stringing components are not covered under warranty and must be replaced by the customer. However Gait will, offer customers a 50% discount on restringing of any warrantied head. Pockets are covered for 30 days; after that point, any pocket issue the customer experiences will be the customer’s responsibility.

Intentional alterations to heads such as dyeing, melting, or bending will void the warranty on all Gait heads.

Gait policy covers a one-time replacement on the original purchased item only.

Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.

GAIT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPLACE ANY AND ALL CUSTOM EQUIPMENT WITH A COMPARABLE STOCK PRODUCT.
